How can I place my order?
After adding products to your cart, you can proceed to the checkout page. Please check that you’ve added the shipping and billing information correctly. After reviewing your order and entering the right payment information, you can submit it for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
What payment methods do the SECONDHAND OLD COMPUTERS accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
Credit cards- We accept credit cards including Master Card, Visa Card.
Debit cards- All debit cards having the log of Master Card or Visa Card are accepted.
PayPal- We also accepts PayPal and PayPal International.
Note: At the moment, we don’t accept cash on delivery (COD), money orders or checks.
How many products can I buy in one purchase?
You can order as many products as you wish, there is no limit.
What is wishlist?
To create a wishlist, you must sign in or create your account. It’ll help you to save your desired products which you can buy later on. It’ll remind you of a Tech product whenever you’ll login to your account.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
In some rare cases, damage can occur to the package during the shipment. In such a situation, don’t get worry, we’ve got you covered!
If you find a damaged product, you just need to send a picture clearly showing the damage. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep all the original products, packaging as you received them. Once the photo is received and damage is verified, we’ll offer you two options: If the stock is available, we’ll send you a replacement product at no additional shipping charges. If you don’t desire a replacement, we’ll issue you a full refund of the transaction price after receiving the damaged product.
May I cancel or change my order?
We want you to enjoy your Tech products as soon as possible. So, we process all the orders quickly after the submission. Due to this reason, we apologize, we’re not able to change/ modify or cancel your order once it’s placed. Make sure to carefully check your order before you check out.
